Overview of Centralized Reporting System (CRS)

CRS provides student performance reports for your Beginning-of-Year (BOY), interim, and summative assessments. The Dashboard Generator page, which appears when you log in, allows you to generate the Dashboard. The Dashboard summarizes some or all of the groups of tests associated with a particular user or institution This can be a teacher, campus, or district and taken in the currently selected time period. From the Dashboard, you can drill down into the linked Performance on Tests report and Assessment Reports, which provide more detailed performance data. Assessment Reports are available at various levels within your district, depending on your user role. For more information, refer to About User Roles. The students you can view in reports also vary depending on your user role. For more information, refer to About the Students in CRS.

Authorized users may use CRS to enter scores for unscored items and modify scores for certain items. For more information, refer to Entering or Modifying Item Scores.
