CAI’s Arizona Help Desk

The Cambium Assessment, Inc. Help Desk is available Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Mountain Standard Time, except for holidays. Contact CAI’s Arizona Help Desk with questions regarding any of the TIDE tasks, technical issues with computer-based test administration from both the Test Administrator and student perspectives, and general testing process or functionality questions.

When you contact the Help Desk, you will be given a case number. If you need to contact the Help Desk again regarding the same issue, please reference your case number. When you contact the Help Desk, you will be asked to provide as much detail as possible about the issue(s) you encountered.

Please provide the Help Desk with a detailed description of your question, as well as the following:

  • Please enter your name, school district, and email address where we can contact you if our connection is lost.

  • If the issue pertains to a student, provide the SSID (SAIS ID) and associated district or school for that student. Do not provide the student’s name.
  • If the issue pertains to a TIDE user, provide the user’s full name and email address.
  • Any error messages that appeared.
  • Operating system and browser information, including version numbers.
