Managing Reason Not Tested Codes

All students who are entered in TIDE and did not take an ELPA21 summative test must have a code assigned for each summative test explaining why they did not take the test. Reason Not Tested Codes do not need to be entered for screener tests. Table 23 lists the reason not tested codes. Non-participation codes do not apply to the ELPA21 Screener.
