Understanding User Roles and Permissions
Each user in TIDE has a role, such as a district-level user or a test administrator-level user. Each role has an associated list of permissions to access certain features within TIDE.
For a complete list of user roles and access levels, CAI System's User Roles Chart available in the Resources section of the ISAT Portal, https://idaho.portal.cambiumast.com/.
There is a hierarchy to user roles. As indicated in Figure 2, the district administrator is at the top of the hierarchy, followed by district test coordinator, school test coordinator, then the teacher and test administrator. Generally, user roles that are higher in the hierarchy have access to more sensitive or critical data and tasks within TIDE.
