Find Students by ID or Users by Email Address

A search box Shows the search box with an button at the end with the icon of a magnifying glass appears on the right of the Navigation Bar in TIDE. This search is limited to students or users but allows quick access to the details page for a specified student or a specified user.

To search for a student or user:

1.In the search box, enter a student's EDUID or a user's email address.
The EDUID or email address must be an exact match; TIDE does not search by partial EDUID or email address.

2.Select or use the Enter key. The View and Edit Student details page for that student or the View/Edit User: [User's Name] details page for that user appears.
