Moving Students Between Schools
If you are associated with multiple schools, you can also move students from one school to another from the View/Edit/Export Students page.
To move students:
1.Retrieve the student account(s) you want to
2.In the list of retrieved records, do one of the following:
- Mark the checkboxes for the students you want to move.
- Mark the checkbox at the top of the table to move all students listed on the page.
Note: When moving students, you can only move students who are listed on the page that you are viewing.
3.Do one of the following:
- Click Move to Another School above the search results.
- Click
in the floating Actions toolbar that appears to the left as you scroll down the page.
4.In the form that appears for moving students, from the District drop-down list (if available), select the district to which you want to move the student.
5.From the School drop-down list, select the school to which you want to move the student.
6.Click Yes.
7.In the affirmation dialog box, click Continue to return to the list of student records.
