For additional information and assistance in using TIDE, contact the New Hampshire Statewide Assessment System Help Desk.

The Help Desk is open Monday–Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Eastern Time during the summative testing window and Monday–Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time outside of the summative testing window (except holidays) (except holidays or as otherwise indicated on the NH Statewide Assessment System Portal).
