Establishing Contact and Shipping Information

You can assign someone to serve as the overall contact information for all testing matters within the district. (This is typically the user with the District Test Coordinator role.) When sending announcements regarding TIDE or other testing applications, CAI uses the District Test Coordinator’s email address. In addition, you must establish an address to which all district-level orders for testing materials are shipped.

To establish contact and shipping information:

1.From the Shipping Contact Information task menu on the dashboard, select Shipping Contact Information. The Shipping Contact Information page appears.

2.Select the district for which you wish to set up shipping and contact information from the available drop-down lists.

3.Click Search.

4.Verify or enter information in the District Test Coordinator section.

5.Verify information in the Shipping Information section. Post Office (P.O.) boxes are not allowed for a shipping address.

6.Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required.

7.Click Save.

Note: The shipping address information fields are view only. Contact the South Carolina Alternate Assessment Help Desk to update the shipping address information fields.
