Viewing Order History

You can review the order history of testing materials for your school or district.

To review order history:

1.From the Orders task menu on the dashboard, select View Order History. The View Order History page appears.

2.To view the order details, click the order number in the left column. The Order Details page appears.

3.To view the order's tracking report, click tracking report icon.

4.To view the order's packing lists, manifests, and security checklists, click shipping reports icon.

Table 14 describes the fields in the Order History page.

Column Description
Order Number Initial or additional order number.
Order Type Type of order.
Submitted By User who initiated the order.
Order Status Order’s current status. For a description of order statuses, Table 1.
Submitted Date Date order was generated.

Column Description
Material Description Description of the materials included in the order.
Expected Shipment Quantity Quantity to be shipped from the vendor. This includes pack rounding.
Approved Quantity Quantity of the material that is approved. This includes the original quantity plus any additional quantities you ordered.
Awaiting Approval Quantity Quantities you ordered that are pending approval.
Approval Status Approval status of quantities you ordered.
