Archiving and Deleting Tests That You No Longer Need
You can archive and delete content that you do not wish to use anymore. This will remove it from your content tab table. Archived and deleted content cannot be shared, administered, or associated with other content. Your ability to archive and delete content depends on its status and other conditions explained in Table 1. You cannot archive or delete any tests in a shared library.
- To archive a test, select the checkbox for each test you wish to archive and then click Archive above the content tab table (you may need to apply filters first).
- In the pop-up window, click OK. The status of the content changes to Archived.
- If you wish to restore an archived test, set the Status filter to Archived, then select the checkbox for the content you wish to use again and click Restore above the table.
- To delete a draft test, select the checkbox for each test you wish to delete and then click Delete above the content tab table (you may need to apply filters first).
- In the pop-up window, click OK. The content is removed from Authoring.
