Viewing Appeals
To view appeals:
1.From the Appeals task menu on the dashboard, select View/Export Requests. The View/Edit/Export Invalidation Requests page appears.
2.Retrieve the appeal you want to view by following the procedure in the section Searching for Records.
3.Optional: Review the initiator's reason for the appeal by clicking in the Request Status column or by viewing the columns for Submitter, Submitter Comments, Reviewer, and Reviewer Comments.
4.Optional: You can also process requests on the View/Edit/Export Invalidation Requests page by marking checkboxes, selecting Process, and then selecting an action. This process is covered in the Approving, Rejecting, and Retracting Appeals section.
Note: When you select records with a Request Status that cannot be changed, like Rejected by System or Submitted for Processing, the Process options show No Action(s) (#) indicating that additional steps in the workflow are not possible for some records.
